: (1) According to this agreement, the department will assist the contractor and his agents in obtaining government permits, registrations, permits, entry permits and other consents and authorizations required to carry out petroleum operations.
(2) The department will permanently appoint two (or more than two at the request of the contractor) representatives to assist the contractor. The reasonable expenses incurred on behalf of those representatives will be borne by the contractor as discussed and determined by the department and the contractor.
